Production and Distribution
The folder of initial interest has the name of
the language that is being produced…

Each folder for each language contains 2 primary
sub-folders titled…”production_files” and “various_distribution_files”

Three Categories of
Production Folders
These folders are used for storing the three
categories of “production files” .

Basic
Transcripts and Original Recordings
The basic episode translations and audio
recordings are divided into two categories, “audio files” and
“translated transcripts” The audio files contain the recordings of
the female voice for each episode.
There are two folders for transcripts. One
contains the original translation and the other contains the
translation that has been edited and approved for recording.

Radio Programs
(production files only)
The “radio programs” folder contains folders for
storing parts and pieces that are used to create a completed radio
program…
Remember, this is a production folder. The
completed radio programs that are ready for broadcast are stored in
one of the “distribution” folders.

Bible Memory Songs
The bible memory song folders contains folders
for storing the parts and pieces that are used to create bible memory
verse songs. These folders are further divided to make room for single
language songs and two language songs.

Opening
and Closing Remarks
These parts of radio programs may be used once or
more than once. Both the transcripts containing the text of the
remarks and the audio files containing the completed remarks should be
stored in these folders with file names that make them easy to
identify. For example: “opening_for_epsisode_003.doc” with a related
audio file named “opening_for_episode3.mp3”

Scrolling Text Video
Video Production Files
The file types for both single and two language
videos are identical, but they are stored in separate folders. The
files types in these folders are discussed in greater detail in the
document titled “APAD TMS - Producing Videos”.

Distribution File Locations
Various
Distribution File Folder Locations
These folders are essential to reaching a wide
audience. Different people groups get there information from different
sources. To reach as many people as possible, we format the material
to work on different platforms… The files that go into these folders
are discussed in detail in the document titled “APAD TMS -
Distributing Content to Multiple Audiences”
